St. Benedict's Church
On June 2nd Century Construction raised and installed the new copper clad, 4,200 pound cupola for St. Benedict’s Church in Covington. Century removed the old fire damaged cupola and reconstructed a new one at Century’s workshop.

The Reserve at 4th and Race
Century Construction is pleased to announce that it has partnered with Ashley Construction in a joint venture to redevelop the 4th and Race Tower in downtown Cincinnati into The Reserve at 4th and Race.

The building’s sixteen floors of office space will be renovated into eleven floors of apartments, housing 88 luxury units, complete with a roof deck, fitness room, community room and guest suite units.  Five floors will remain commercial / office space.

The 150,000 square foot project will convert the existing inefficient building into a LEED rated facility.
